Picked up Lando today as well.  I also picked up the mini Boba and Han in Carbonite.  I will likely wait on the others until I can get a deal.

I picked up mine this afternoon as well, there were a few Landos left, but I did grab the last Emporer Hologram on the shelf, but that will be restocked.

I'm so glad the store I frequent started offering layaway last year.  ;D

Oh yea, my store also had ornaments from years past for sale, including the 2004 Chewbacca w/ C-3PO for $1    yeah, a buck

Hey guys!  Don't forget that it's PREMIERE WEEKEND this weekend!  I picked up my Lando this morning with no problems whatsoever, but they go fast!  Looking at the rest of the assortment, I have to say this is a pretty good year for the ornaments.

Why, Hallmark, WHY!?!?!?!?

Pretty much anyone who collects the SW ornaments is a completist  so it really does suck that they are doing this with the exclusives.  But at least they are repaints....

Hallmark is continuing the SDCC exclusive ornaments this year:

    * 75 Years of DC Keepsake Ornament
    * K-3P0 and  Keepsake Ornament
    * Mr. Burns’ Christmas “Bonus” Keepsake Ornament

Pic of the R-3P0 can be seen here: http://awesometoyblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/SDCC-r-3po.jpg

Glad to have an Empire Wave, would really love to see a Snowtrooper in the near future. The "Tron" Light Cycle is an interesting addition.

The Tron lightcycle will be a definite for me. I wish they would have done something from the original film though...

2010 Dream Book is out - I was about to raise hell for no Lando, but then remembered that he's the opening weekend exclusive (which never appear in the book).

http://www.hallmark.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/article%7C10001%7C10051%7C/HallmarkSite/KeepsakeOrnaments/2010_DREAM_ONLINE

Empire Strikes Back theme seems intact, like we've seen from the scans.  Snowspeeder, X-Wing Luke, Mini-Boba Fett and Han carbonite, Kneeling Vader and the Emperor.  Also another Clone Wars mini.

The super heroes ones and Indiana Jones look good too, but these are likely all "after Christmas" pickups.  They're not that new to justify me paying full price.

I know that we've all seen the scans for the Dreambook...but isn't it a LITTLE strange that we haven't gotten the official list of releases yet?  It seems like they usually do that in March or April.  Last year, I got more excited by the Ecto-1 ornament than any of the Star Wars ones (but this year has a MUCH better assortment, thank goodness).  Anyone heard anything about the book?  The web site hasn't been updated in months.

And about time for Lando!  Although I just noticed that he's the exclusive figure this year.  Really?  Is there really not enough demand for Lando that he has to be made as the limited quantities guy?  In any case, at least we'll finally get him.

The DCSWCC has the 2010 line-up of Hallmark SW ornaments.  Naturally, they are celebrating the 30th anniversary of ESB.

Check out the images  HERE.

I took a chance and did not pick up the Deadly Duel in July at $32.  As expected, there were zillions at both of my local stores, so I picked it up (the last I needed not counting the ridiculous SDCC ones) at half-price.  Pretty much, there were a bunch of all of them, except Greedo, of which I saw none, and the Anakin/Ashoka, which I saw (and picked up) one.  I forgot that the mini's came out in October and not July, so I had to get them too (luckily at half price!)

I did pick up a Mr. Plow at one of my stores, but didn't read this until today.  I'll see if they still have any left next time I'm there.  I didn't see the Ecto anywhere, but that was more of a "nice to have" for me.

Bring on Lando in 2010.

The Ecto-1 did disappearweeks ago.

I waited and get the Dual at 1/2 price, but there were only 2 left at my local store, glad I went at 9 am opening. Han was gone. They still had the Landspeeder and Anakin & Asoka. Other stores in the area were out of all the Star Wars ornaments before Christmas. I guess it can be hit or miss?
